  • Project Financial Records: Project names, client advance records, vendor names, transaction dates, amounts, payment modes, and unit measurements.
  • Receipt Attachments: Photographs and digital files of tax invoices, delivery challans, and payment receipts uploaded to your workspace.
  • Device & Telemetry Data: IP address, device type, browser version, and offline cache status to maintain cloud synchronization.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your information exclusively to:

  • Deliver multi-site expense ledger functionality and sync records across your devices.
  • Render client statement previews and export presentation-ready PDFs.
  • Power the local prefix-matching autocomplete dictionary for your frequent vendors.
  • Maintain data integrity, security, and automated cloud backups.

We never sell your financial records, vendor lists, or receipt images to third-party advertisers or data brokers.

4. Data Storage & Encryption

Your data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS 1.3 cryptographic protocols and stored in secure, logically separated cloud infrastructure. Offline records stored on your personal devices remain in sandboxed browser databases.

5. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You maintain full ownership of your project records. You may export your transaction data to CSV or Excel at any time, or request complete account and data deletion by contacting us at privacy@munshibook.in.
