1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing `munshibook.in` or creating an account on the MunshiBook platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the service.
2. Important Notice: Non-Replacement of Professional Accounting & Statutory Tax Services
MunshiBook is an operational expense ledger and project billing workspace designed to organize site-level receipts, advances, and vendor records.
MunshiBook is not an accounting firm, certified audit bureau, or tax consultant. Client statements exported from MunshiBook do not automatically constitute statutory GST tax invoices or certified accounting balance sheets. You remain solely responsible for consulting a licensed Chartered Accountant (CA) or certified tax professional for statutory compliance.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all site expenses and transactions recorded under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your credentials.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Paid subscription plans (Monthly or Annual) provide access to expanded features, higher storage quotas, and advanced export options as detailed on our Pricing page. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall MunshiBook, its founders, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site recording inaccuracies, delayed sync due to network outages, or misinterpretations of client statements by third parties.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
